Benjamin Speciale

Ben Speciale is trained as a litigator but has a broad range of experience across several legal disciplines. He has assisted in the preparation of appeals to federal Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Ben has written bench memoranda for judges including Sonia Sotomayor and was part of a team of appellate law clerks that focused on the unique issues presented by immigration and asylum appeals. He now advises small businesses, nonprofits, and artists.

In 2007, Ben moved to Philadelphia where he lives with his wife and enjoys his mornings rowing on the Schuylkill River. While at a mid-sized law firm, he participated in representations ranging from a small dispute in municipal court to a $45 million dispute between Fortune 500 companies.
